Truth?
What is right? What is true?
It varies from person to person
Truth, some believe, is black and white
Falsehoods of ignorance! Truth is gray!
All the truths I've been used to
Are now hazily fading to gray!
I hardly know what I want any longer
What is the cost of happiness?
My two quests, side by side
Truth and happiness
While I strive to reflect and accept
The beauty within and around
Inside out, the truth is painfully sharp
And the elusive search for love
Seemingly never ending
