My Strongest Desire
Here at the train station,
Surrounded by peers.
Destination: unknown
Some are so sure
Their train will not stop,
But when forced to change cars
They may find themselves left.
Some have been waiting at the station
For months, years, decades.
Some eveuntually leave,
Realizing that to board a train
Is not in their cards.
Some, many in fact,
Will reach their destination.
My strongest desire is to find the right ticket;
The right train to the right destination.
